What’s Wrong with Blogging?
Written by WishBoNe on April 10, 2008 – 5:39 pmWhy is blogging always in the negative light here? Or is my imagination overworking again? Somehow, the question was never raised, “How long do you sit in front of the computer or laptop before taking a break; lunch, tea, toilet, sleep, etc?”
When a report stated a lady died after taking a flight, the main point of the whole article was that lost of blood circulation (DVT). Meaning, she didn’t walk around during the long haul and just sat there. When a report that someone died from stress at work, the main point was only the person didn’t manage it well.
However, when some report stated that 2 bloggers died from blogging too long, how did they know that they have blogged for 40 years without a break and managed to survive until 60 for one of them? The focus was that blogging is bad. I thought sitting too long without blood circulation was bad? What gives?
Are they so afraid of this new media that is able to churn out the news online faster than print? I thought someone said not to believe all the words being spewed online? There are hoaxes going on and the print media will always check the authenticity of the news before publishing them. So, what is wrong with blogging?

How Do I Grow More Money?
Written by WishBoNe on March 28, 2008 – 9:25 amBlogging isn’t a way to passive income. It looks more like an earned income. Passive income means that you won’t be taxed. I hope. In Singapore context, royalties are taxable. Therefore, I will not be able to earn much passive income if I were to write my own book.
So, if I were to sell an e-book, what sort of income is that? With the cost of living rising every month, how am I supposed to be able to save up enough in order to be able to live comfortably without relying on CPF since it isn’t giving out my money as I am unable to plan my expenditure.
Gosh, I didn’t know that my brains won’t be working at age 85. So, I need someone to help me with governing my money. Therefore, what are my options for passive income? Adsense? Adbrite? Linkworth’s LinkSura, LinkBB?
Adsense learns from the keywords being used in a site and thus, with a site niche, you get ads that are similar to your site. Other ways of earning online include highlighting of the keywords after signing up with marketing companies to link to other sites promoting services or products with that keyword.
Does reading emails and getting paid to read emails count as passive or earn? Ultimately, how do I grow more money?

I’m 1st in Rednano.sg
Written by WishBoNe on March 20, 2008 – 2:50 pmWith the new localised search engine launched, I realised something; I can be found so much easier. It also means that I should be more careful about political writings that I may write out of frustration. Here’s introducing, Rednano.sg.
What I can’t figure out is that why it’s called Rednano.sg. I shall not blog about politics no matter what. What I can do is to blog but keep them in private. Yes, that’s what I shall do. That’s why I love Wordpress.
I tested a few phrases in Rednano.sg and my sites are now in the 1st page. I’m not sure what algorithm they are using but I believe it could be due to the pagerank by Google that’s also affecting the results. By searching for PIE, you won’t find just the food, you’ll find information about the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).
I just hope that my personal details such as home address don’t turn up in the results. I mean, just look at movies making use of Google to search for someone to be found. Scary.

Fat Girls Are Nice To Hug
Written by WishBoNe on March 19, 2008 – 5:10 pm
Cyber chat used to be hot and popular for horny men looking for girls to chat up a storm. Even kids as young as eleven are already adept in chatting. One even insisted that he needed MSN despite being overseas for holiday.
To prevent sexual assaults, sex offenders have been known to be limited in their online access. I don’t know if it’s working since I can still see horny men online who will sought out the young girls and have their desires fulfilled while threatening them not to report to anyone.
The mIRC days were over for me after I got bored of being chatted by horny men who wanted to have virtual sex. I wonder how do they even get the fulfilled feeling bey masturbating with their hands. I can’t begin to imagine that. However, I do like the replies of this female impersonator, from hugging fat girls to steaming dicks.
I wonder if cybersex is still prevalent out there. Could still be, since there are still reports of girls being lured to some secluded place. It could also be due to the fact the girls need attention and this sort of men gave them just that moment of attention. However, at what price?

Horrible Grammer from Flamer
Written by WishBoNe on January 24, 2008 – 9:58 amI’m rather happy to receive interesting if not smarting comments on How to be a Flamer. Somehow, this post has managed to garner attention longer that I have imagined. The latest comment comes from United States (US). My oh my, for a country where English is widely spoken and written, I can’t imagine the atrocious grammar and lack of punctuations from this flamer.
It should be:
You are a jerk
This blog is horribly written. What a stupid subject to post on.
The words in bold and red are my corrections.

Why I Use Linkworth
Written by WishBoNe on January 23, 2008 – 4:40 pmAnyone who monetises sites knows that selling text links or ad space works far easier than writing for money. Linkworth is one such site that provides you the option to sell text links and blogging for money. It is an Ultimate Money Making Machine.
Earning money passively provides you the time for other things you have planned. There are 2 payment options, 50/50 or 70/30. By using 50/50, you get paid 50% and more exposure to advertisers as Linkworth will promote your site. The advice is to go 50/50 when you have just joined Linkworth.
For the options that Linkwork offers, check their Partner Products. I have been getting posts and text links which is a good sign since it has been around for more than a year.

Lazylaces Hacked
Written by WishBoNe on January 14, 2008 – 5:49 pmPoor Greme. While on honeymoon, his site, Lazylaces, has been hacked. It’s one of my favourite site for trying out point and click games and the hackers decided to make use of his off time to place viagra, valium and other medical related posts that don’t read coherently in the site.
It has been bombarding my RSS feed and I feel that the hackers or spammers or whoever that is will have rotting fingers soon from doing these evil spam. I hope that Greme has backed up his site before going for his honeymoon and restore everything back in order.

Possible Spam in Yebber?
Written by WishBoNe on January 13, 2008 – 11:13 amI’m not sure what to make of this but it smells like what Felix had received before. I received this in my private message in Yebber. I thought something might be interesting and boy oh boy, I’m the trusted recipient to help some guy named Serge who is yet of age 24 to help him keep the money. Does this count as a hoax or spam or abuse?
Dear Friend,
I came to you because i saw your profile and contact in this site and believe that your names has planted you in the centre of relevance in my life.
Before I go further I will like to introduce myself to you. I am Serge Micheal Konan, 17 years of age, the only child of my parents, Dr. and Mrs. Arnaud Leonard Konan. My parents were Natives of Cote d’Ivoire before they migrated to the United States where I was born and we lived at No 215 West Wieuca Road Northeast Atlanta, Georgia USA and I attended the famous Frederick Douglass High School, 225 Hamilton E.Holmes Drive, N.W. Atlanta, GA 30318, Georgia USA, but when my mother fell sick and died June 2004, My father became weak every now and fall sick often, i believe it was the shock of my mum’s sudden death that deteriorated his health. He got retired from his office, Fidelity National Insurance Company at No 200 Galleria Parkway Southeast Atlanta GA 30339 USA October 2005.
Then December 2005 my father called me and told that he doesn’t want to die in a foreign land. That he has made so much money, he felt the best thing for him to do now is for us to relocate back to his home country of Cote d’Ivoire so that he can set up his own Insurance company and give job opportunities to his people and he also told me that he wanted me to learn about his people and their culture. On the 14 of December 2005 we returned back to Cote d’Ivoire, On our arrival, my Dad deposited all the money we came with that we want to use to set up the company in a security company as family valuables because according to him, he doesn’t want anybody to know anything about the money till he has settled and ready to use it, for the purpose of which he suffered to bring the money down home. Then after some time my dad started to look for properties to buy
to use for an office, in several occasions i went out with him to inspect for this purpose. But unfortunately On the 6th of February 2006 My father died, but before his death he brought out all the documents he used in depositing the money with the security company, name and address of the security company i will also give you later, and gave them to me. So four months after the burial of my father, i approached the company and asked for the release of my deposit to me as the only child of Dr. and Mrs.Arnaud Leonard Konan but to my surprise the company refused my request. I have been to the company time without number and all they said was that the only way that they can release the deposit to me will be when i am 24yrs old or if i can find a guardian that will stand for me. Please i would like to ask for your help here, i want you to please accept my humble request that you stand as my guardian and i then introduce you to the company and you receive the deposit for me.
My situation here is so unbearable that i cant really wait to possess this money.
This is the true situation of things as it stands now. Please, take your time, go through this mail and let me know the best way you feel you can help me. On my email: smkonan225@yahoo.fr
Yours sincerely
Serge
Seriously though, I can’t see why on earth I am chosen to be the one to look after his money when he doesn’t even know me. And it’s been 2 years since his daddy passed away. Oh, I’m so touched that I’m the centre of relevance in his life.
