Driverless Car Wins Race in California
Written by WishBoNe on November 5, 2007 – 10:28 amDriver-less cars may be seen on the roads as early as 2015. A robot car named Boss won the race in California earning itself a cool $2m. The benefits of such cars mean that we’ll be able to make telephone calls, put on the make up, check that email, mind the kids or sleep while the car navigates through the road.
Another benefit means that there will definitely be less rogue drivers and no drunks caught because they are snoring in the car while it drives them home. In addition, there won’t be any more need for driver’s license except the license on operating the car. Cool, huh?
Will they be developing cars that are environmental friendly too? Petrol is ridiculously high. I’m looking forward to such a car because it means less trouble with parking ![]()
