I Read: In My Father’s Footsteps

Written by WishBoNe on October 10, 2007 – 11:47 am

Time to show off another of my regular readings. It’s been quite a long time since I last showed off. Now, this week, it’s about a doctor in Malaysia. The main reason is not because he’s handsome to boot so that I added his blog in my RSS but because of his humour in presenting his cases and other situations.

Yeah, I know, this blog is supposed to be IT related but hey! Reading blogs do count, ok?

My favourite posts from his blog so far.

  • His embarrassing encounter with a masseur including a torturous foot reflexology.
  • His encounter with a rat that needs to be dealt with, as humanely as possible. From the comments I’ve read, however, they don’t sound humane. It either boil in hot water or drowned. The less painful method would be rat poison. I feel the rat is pitiful, suddenly.
  • His sleeping kid sure is flexible.
  • His best policy in practising medicine when a patient died due to a foul up, honesty.
  • His hair-owing trip to the barber who attempted to trim his boy’s hair.
  • One of his exam bloopers. The things trainee doctors say. Now I know why I’m a bit apprehensive towards seeing doctors.

There are other posts but they contain photos of those illnesses or skin related diseases that I’d rather not put your hair to stand. Mine did.
