Blogitive - Paid Posting

Written by WishBoNe on August 23, 2007 – 5:13 pm

I’ve signed up for paid posting with Blogitive. Unfortunately, there’s no affiliate link that I can place here despite them saying that I can refer bloggers. The only paragraph I read is quoted below.

You will be paid after their first paid posting. We will be doing this until we hit 10k bloggers in the network. Make sure they put your email address in the referred by so we can give you credit for these.

The problem? I don’t see a field in the sign up that remotely represent “Referer”.

A few reviews I found on Blogitive. It doesn’t sound optimistic at the moment. Since the referal post was posted in May 2007.

I’ll see how things goes. All posts will be tagged as “Sponsor”.

    How about the local boys here in singapore? I saw a lot of bad reviews on nuffnangs and no replies from advertlets. Someone suggested blogconceptz.com and apparently now in trial? Have you try it?

    @Thomas
    I’m trying Adverlets and so far, I have been gaining some cents from it. Nuffnang is the one that I have yet to serve any ads and thus have removed it because it didn’t serve any purpose. I’ve skimmed through BlogConceptz but I feel that it’s not suitable for my blog. There other ways which I’ve done a post in the past on 100+ Ways to make Money Online.

    I’ve actually made a few dollars off of it, but for almost a month now, nothing. I think they have very few advertisers signed up with them and they are just starting to get rolling.

    Everything used to be handled by one guy- because even follow up emails and payments were done by him. Now there’s more people, but the advertisers seemed to have dried up.

    I think they’re still tweaking a lot of stuff … payperpost is better, but unless you have a high-traffic blog, you’re not going to get a lot of opportunities.

    Thanks for your info. I think their advertisers have gotten less as I read through further into the reviews, however, I’m going to try out a few different ways to see which is more suitable for my blog.

    Blogitive sucks. They do not pay ‘weekly’ they pay whenever they get around to it. There are little or NO offers. I mean, what productive working adult has time to keep popping in and out to their site all day in hopes that there MIGHT be an offer? It’s good to do as extra change for a haircut or a Happy Meal. (As long as you don’t need either one in the next three weeks.)

    The offers are quite rare, I agree but recently, there’s a spate of new offers but I keep seeing the same listings with different keywords. I did get my payout for the 1st one. I’m still waiting for the rest though. They are not the best but they are not that bad as in they cheat you of your time writing the posts. I have used other ways and one of it isn’t showing me anything related to my earnings.
