Handphone Tryout Problems
Written by WishBoNe on June 4, 2007 – 12:03 pmMy first attempt at trying a lesser known handphone brand (MP4 888 - China brand) has been fraught with problems and more problems. The first was the keypad lock. I couldn’t find a way to press the keys so that it would lock the keypads. Frustrated, I brought it down to the shop because in addition to it, the given ear piece refused work. I was wondering if the connector was loose. No. The handphone is able to charge.
After 30 minutes, I finally got the keypad lock working. The user manual was is totally useless. The handphone programming needs a more user friendly way that by pressing the “Name” and “#” would result in keypad lock. I’m still waiting for the lady to call me to say she has a new ear piece. I think she forgot again. It happened the other time too. I wonder why on earth did I decide to buy from her again.
Now, I am beset with a new problem, the battery has died. I left it charging for 6 hours because it had been fully discharged and it was late last night so I left it on. This morning, it failed to start. I tried charging it again and I was greeted with a blank screen. Great. Just great. I should have bought a Samsung Ultra Edition x.x and it would have work fine. Note to self: never buy from that lady again.
I should make a call on the ear piece status and this lousy battery. It’s able to take in less than 5V and 600mH of electricity, maybe the adapter is lousy at transforming the voltage down. 2nd note to self: Never buy lesser known brands no matter how light-weight they are.

Where did you buy the handphone from ? AFAIK , it’s still best to get electronic stuffs from reliable brand names because of the after sales support and functionality of the product.

I’m not sure either, just liked its size coz it’s shiny and light. Things that girls dig, you know. Bright and shiny and tiny to boot.
