Severe Price Drops
The problem with handheld games is that the prices drop very fast. Gameboy is not being profitable because there are no longer any games being sold. Gameboy Color is not even half the price it was bought because the games are limited. Gameboy Advance suffers from the same fate.
I was seriously considering Nintendo DS Lite when I saw the price of my brothers’ Gameboys being sold at a great loss to the shop. Maybe I should have tried selling them online via eBay. Is this a good idea?
I am not going to buy any handheld gadgets because my other expensive habit of changing mobile phones would not survive my lifestyle. I shall stick to one expensive habit. Oh, by the way, I still have another expensive habit, changing computers and laptops to newer products. I did some research this afternoon if I were to buy with some upgrade options at Dell, I would need to cough up at least $5,000. 😯
I doubt I can sell my current laptop for half its original price since I’ve had it since 2004. I love the specifications, however, I want to upgrade. See, it’s a want, not a need. I might end up using a new PC once I get round to deciding on DIY or buy a set after I complete my exams in May this year.
I doubt that I would be sharing the PC. I’m too addicted to the Internet and blogging.
